Details

Ideally located in the centre of the medieval village
of Dunster, the Yarn Market Hotel provides a true
“get-away-from-it-all” break. The village hosts
many events throughout the year, and is one of the
gateways to Exmoor National Park, with all the
opportunities it offers.

The Hotel is non-smoking throughout, and is a
member of the Visit Britain Pets Welcome, Walkers
Welcome and Cyclists Welcome schemes.

Because this is a family hotel, our family room
tariffs make no additional charge for children.
Also we do not charge for children under the
age of 3 years when sharing parents’ standard
double accommodation. Cots and high chairs are
available on request.

We have a wide range of bedrooms, including
double, twin and family rooms, all of which have
ensuite bathrooms containing bath or shower.
Our ‘Dunster’ rooms have king-sized beds and
more spacious sitting areas. Many rooms have
enchanting views of the village and surrounding
countryside. We also have a number of dogfriendly bedrooms.

Walkers are particularly welcome at the Yarn
Market Hotel, and there is a heated Drying Room
and Boot storage room. Maps and guided walk
information are always readily available, together
with local knowledge and advice to make your
stay more enjoyable. We specialise in tailor-made
packages for Walking Groups.
